We are now registering patients residing in the Drakelow area. We are in the process of updating our practice boundary, please use the NHS Register with a GP surgery service to register or find out more information.

Please note:

To ensure you have enough repeat medication, please request 4 weeks supply from your current surgery when starting your application.

All new born babies registered at the practice will be automatically added consents to share, if you wish to decline consents to share ensure to put this on their completed registration form.

It is helpful to have your NHS number ready. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
