Heartwood Medical Practice has a Patient Participation Group (PPG) who meet every two months.
Patients are able to give their views on the practice, including service both administration and clinical. We look in to ways of solving problems within the practice and developing new services.
New members are welcome, if you feel committed to improving our practice and are willing to contribute your time and energy helping us raise funds and promote awareness events, fill out a join our Patient Participation Group form.
We also encourage virtual members to our group, who are also sent surveys and encouraged to give ideas on improving services. Please ask at reception for a form.
We are currently planning our next survey and to ensure we ask the right questions, we would like to know what you think should be our key priorities when it comes to looking at the services we provide to you and others in the practice.

Join our Patient Participation Group
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
