Derbyshire Connect is a bookable door to door shopping bus service, funded by Derbyshire County Council, that runs Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 16:00. This service is for people of any age who are unable to use the conventional bus service because of mobility difficulties, or because they live in areas where the bus service may be limited. All vehicles can carry passengers in wheelchairs.
If you live in any town or village within the boundaries of, South Derbyshire and the Southern Derbyshire Dales District Council areas, you can use this Derbyshire Connect Active Travel service.
This service is run by South Derbyshire Community Volunteers Service.

Book at least 48 hours in advance of travel.
If you need to use a wheelchair please mention this when booking.
If you are a Derbyshire Gold Card holder you can travel free of charge after 09:30. Otherwise the fares are £2 for an adult single or £3.80 for an adult return, £1.20 for a child single or £2.40 for child return.
