In light of the latest Government guidance we have now moved our GP appointment system to full triage only. Changing to an on the day telephone triage will allow us to maximise our own capacity to deliver best patient care.
This means that we have suspended the option of a pre-bookable telephone appointment. If you need to speak to a health professional and deem it as urgent for on the day, you will be added to our list to call back ASAP. There are very few exceptions to this.
Please note, if you have previously booked a telephone appointment slot, we will honour this.
