- Online - Use SystmOnline to order your repeat medication. To use this system you must complete registration forms in the practice to acquire a username and password. Please come into the surgery and speak to one of the receptionists who will be able to help you.
- In Person - Return the prescription counterfoil indicating which medication you require and either hand into reception or post into the box on the wall in reception.
- By Post - post the prescription counterfoil indicating the medication you require to the surgery, enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope. If posting your request please remember to give one weeks’ notice for a first class stamp and longer if using a second class stamp.
